We have attained experience administrating, repairing, and engineering multi-million dollar infrastructure in all areas - cloud, storage, network, and compute. In this environment, one typical piece of equipment could serve hundreds or thousands of users. B.I.T.S. is proud to bring you the same reliability and responsiveness to your computing environment.

To get into the technical nitty-gritty, our management philosophy is rooted in “Configuration as Code”. This allows us to automate configuration and failure notification, reducing the scope for human error and drastically shortening response time. Any downtime of a monitored service triggers an automated alert to our help desk! We primarily operate on Microsoft Windows domain deployments. Our computing hardware of choice are HP servers running Windows Server 2022, a stalwart in server reliability, security, and performance. For those with Linux, Unix, or POSIX computing needs, we offer CentOS deployments managed by Ansible. On the networking front, we deploy 10G industry-standard Spine-Leaf Architecture networks and monitor them from our deployed compute. For storage solutions, we deploy a desktop NAS up to 88TB, and for requirements exceeding that, a rack-mountable NAS is at your service. All of our NAS solutions are fault-tolerant to disk failure, and follow the same automated configuration and failure reporting philosophy as the rest of our infrastructure.
